- Lead the integration of customer experience best practices into compliance workflows to minimize player friction while adhering to regulations
- Analyze the player journey to identify areas for streamlining regulatory checks to enhance engagement and retention
- Collaborate with Customer Support management to ensure player interactions regarding compliance are handled efficiently and transparently
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing inquiries and audits
- Oversee Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance and develop internal controls to meet regulatory standards
- Proven experience (5 years) in a compliance, risk management, or legal role within the online gaming/iGaming industry
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Law, or a related discipline
- Deep knowledge of online gaming laws, regulations, and reporting requirements across various jurisdictions
- Strong communication skills for effective liaison with regulators, team members, and players
- Ability to obtain and maintain a personal gaming license through relevant regulatory bodies
- Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS))
- Experience collaborating with licensing teams or analysts on submission processes
- Demonstrated experience managing regulatory relationships and leading audit processes
