Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Live Entertainment Talent Agent - Senior level, at BiCoastal Productions. The Live Entertainment Talent Agent will be responsible for securing bookings for our talent, handling all aspects of booking venues and best representation of our artists. They will oversee communication with our clients (performing arts centers, casinos, fairs, etc), provide exceptional customer service, and drive sales efforts.

The role involves coordinating bookings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless experience for both our talent roster and venue clientele.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in verbal communication and customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and our talent roster
  • Experience in live entertainment sales with a proven ability to negotiate and secure contracts
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with the entertainment and performing arts industry is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Arts Management, or related field is preferred
  • Independent working capability and comfort in a remote work environment
  • Excellent phone communications skills required
  • Proficiency in constructing informative and concise emails
  • Position offers a lucrative draw versus commission plus bonuses and all travel expenses paid including to conferences and company retreat
