• Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders
• Manage the compliance process and documentation for all vendors
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the standard vendor onboarding process and maintain vendor profiles
• Analyze reporting tools to identify trends and provide coaching to vendors

• 2-5 years of related title experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service skills for effective vendor and customer partnership
• Experience in residential and commercial title examination
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio

• Knowledge of state regulations and guidelines related to title services
• Strong negotiation skills to manage customer needs with vendors
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions within defined procedures
• Proven ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks effectively
