Position SummaryThe Dispensary Associate guides customers through their cannabis journey, providing education and excellent customer service while complying with state regulations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
- Provide empathy and compassion to patients.
- Provide the Tru Experience through elevated patient service standards, behaviors, and product knowledge.
- Assist managers and shift supervisors with returns per company policy.
- Prepare and process patient orders quickly and efficiently.
- Follow Trulieve policies and procedures.
- Work with leadership to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers with product or device issues.
- Find solutions to customer issues with leadership and management.
- Document customer issues and concerns on the customer’s profile.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Maintain a clear driving record (delivery driver role).
- Follow all policies and procedures as a delivery associate.
- Assist with processing all online orders, including deliveries, within a 2‑hour timeframe.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age: 21 (18 in CT, PA, WV).
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience.
- Ability to work independently in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
- Understanding and following written/oral instructions.
- Respectful and polite interaction with customers and team.
- Conversational English, computer and telecommunication device proficiency.
- Physical capacity to perform job duties.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery driver role.
- Comprehensive background check required.
- Ability to move intermittently during the workday; use prosthetics if needed.
- Independent work with residents, personnel, and support agencies.
- Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset or hostile individuals.
- Constantly moving/traversing entire facility, including confined spaces.
- Manipulate objects up to 50 lbs.
- Ascend/descend stairs, ladders, steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, crawl as needed.
- Occasionally remain seated.
- Flexible hours; evenings, weekends, holidays required.
- Up to 25 hours per week; “after hours” as needed.
