We are looking to hire an experienced marketing and merchandising individual with a sports background or a genuine interest in sports or sports cards. This position involves interacting with customers and providing engaging marketing content through camera-facing live streams.

• Engage with online customers via live stream to create in-the-moment and repeat buyers by showcasing football trading cards (required) and other various TCGs/collectibles (preferred)
• Bring energy, passion, and knowledge of football into the daily streams
• Showcase, protect, and ship valuable sports products professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with the in-house marketing team to grow the live audience while strengthening the company's overall brand
• Market breaks/online listings and seek out new customers
• Research players, sports, releases, checklists, breaker market, and costs to make profitable decisions and inform customers

• Knowledge of sports, sports current events, and sports cards, with a willingness to continue learning about the collectibles hobby
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to show constant authenticity and entertainment
• Comfort with being camera-facing for an online live audience ranging from 50-150 people
• Ability to adapt in the moment during a constantly changing environment
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player who can gauge the effectiveness and responses of interactions with customers and colleagues
• Self-motivated to go above and beyond for customers and colleagues
• Streaming experience and a dynamic personality
