Job Title:

Property Operations Associate (Hospitality)    Time Commitment:
Approximately 32-40 hours per week  Anticipated

About the Role:

As a Property Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests during their stay. You will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently in the New Orleans market while supporting our Texas portfolio. Your interactions with guests will be key, as you provide assistance, recommendations, and address any concerns that may arise.

You will be knowledgeable about property operations and serve as an extension of our Guest Experience team. Through regular in-person inspections, you will ensure that all public spaces and individual units are clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to our brand standards. Your efforts will help set the tone for a welcoming environment, ensuring everything is ready for check-in.

What You’ll Do:

Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities to collaborate with various teams to drive results. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming guests and facilitating their needs.

- Planning and strategizing for next-day operations.

- Enhancing the VIP experience and hosting guest engagement events.

- Providing local area recommendations to enrich guests' stays.

- Identifying and executing cost-effective property improvements.

While there is no "typical day," you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure operational excellence. Your schedule will be based on business needs, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays. In case of emergencies, you may receive calls outside of regular hours, and we offer compensation above state requirements for your time.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with proof of insurance.  Compensation and Benefits:  -   Pay:
The starting base pay range for this role is between $16 and $18 per hour, based on various factors including experience and market demand. This role may also be eligible for bonuses, perks, benefits, and travel credits.
