We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Remote Planning Coordinator to support clients with researching, organizing, and coordinating personalized plans. In this role, you’ll work remotely while assisting clients through the planning process, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:- Assist clients with planning and coordination based on their needs
- Research options and provide recommendations
- Manage scheduling, confirmations, and client communications
- Deliver exceptional customer support throughout the process
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
