Remote Hotel Coordinator

• Serve as the first point of contact for insured families, confirming their needs and explaining the hotel and payment process
• Search, evaluate, and secure hotels, balancing family preferences and carrier guidelines
• Facilitate hotel reservations and confirm details with insured families professionally and empathetically
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and extensions, ensuring accurate documentation and communication
• Address escalations and support families through challenges with confidence and care

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or insurance industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industries
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
