- Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, ensuring consistent communication and support
- Conduct detailed market research to locate viable housing options
- Negotiate lease terms and customize housing options to meet policyholder needs
- Maintain accurate data in housing databases and support lease agreements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
- Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with property research and lease coordination
- Familiarity with local rental trends and landlord regulations
- Knowledge of insurance housing best practices
- Proven ability to handle work-related stress effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and data entry
