• Coordinate customized temporary housing solutions for displaced policyholders in a fast‑paced environment
• Serve as a key point of contact for policyholders, ensuring clear communication and empathetic support
• Conduct detailed market research to locate suitable housing options that meet policyholder needs
• Negotiate lease terms and secure favorable agreements within budgetary guidelines
• Maintain accurate data in housing databases and provide high‑touch service throughout the policyholder’s stay

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management
• Previous experience in insurance, temporary housing, corporate lodging, or real estate strongly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a professional manner

• Experience in managing client relationships and providing high‑level customer service
• Knowledge of local rental trends and insurance housing best practices
• Familiarity with CRM tools and housing databases
• Proven ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
