Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Game Economist at Nexenova Studios. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing in-game economies, conducting economic research, and developing models for virtual economies. Daily tasks include evaluating player behavior, monitoring in-game economic performance, and providing actionable insights to improve game balance and player satisfaction. Collaboration with design and development teams to create sustainable and engaging economy systems is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Interpretation
Solid understanding of Statistics and quantitative analysis

Experience with game design and virtual economies is an advantage
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills to present complex data to a non-technical audience
