Kwalee's PC & Console Marketing team are looking for a talented Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging content across our gaming portfolio helping to build hype, engage fans, and tell the story of our games across platforms such as Tik Tok, Reels, Instagram, Youtube Shorts, Facebook and X.

This hands‑on role seeks a creative gamer to lead content creation by translating gaming culture and trends into scroll‑stopping visuals. Collaborating with internal teams and developers, you will leverage your experience with gaming communities and media production courses to produce authentic content that captures the imagination of players.

Responsibilities

• Create multi‑format content (static, video, gifs) to be posted across social channels, with an emphasis on short‑form video, I.E., You Tube Shorts/Tik Tok.
• Collaborate with Social Media Managers in ideating content to support content plan creation based on trends (reactive content) and marketing key beats (proactive content)
• Gameplay capture - capture from game to gather footage, stills and short clips to create engaging assets.
• Research competitor titles to support ideation and content creation for games being worked in.
• Research and apply the latest social media trends, sounds, formats, and memes—especially within gaming—to keep our channels fresh and relevant.
• Administrative Support - Assist with content calendars, link tracking, and routine platform maintenance.

Requirements

• A Passion for Games - You are an avid gamer with a genuine interest in a variety of genres (a plus if you’re familiar with our published titles!).
• Platform Native Fluency - Demonstrable understanding of the cultures, best practices, and content formats of Tik Tok, Instagram (Reels/Stories), Twitter/X, and Discord.
• Creative Eye & Editing Skills - Proficient in editing apps (Adobe DaVinci, etc.) and/or basic graphic design tools (Canva, Figma etc).
• Strong Writer & Communicator - Excellent spelling, grammar, and an ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
• Team Player & Eager Learner - Proactive, receptive to feedback, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You ask questions and seek to grow.
• Organised & Detail‑Oriented - Can manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent output.
