French Speaking Congress Events Specialist – Remote

We are looking for an experienced French speaking Event Manager / Project Manager to join our agency delivering large scale congress events for pharma and healthcare clients. This is a client-facing role based in the UK with a flexible hybrid working arrangement after training.

As a Senior Event Project Manager you will lead global congresses and ancillary meetings, building strong relationships with stakeholders, planning and delivering a range of international congresses for a key account. Strong pharma compliance understanding and fluent French are key to apply.

• Experience delivering large scale congresses with an events agency or within a pharma brand side.
• Understanding of booth management, delegate attendance and HCP focused events, complex logistics and large delegate numbers.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in the industry and delegate management using Cvent preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, excellent communication skills.
• Fast paced, able to handle multiple projects at one time, remote working across the UK.
