Leon’s is currently looking for a Part Time Front Office Associate to provide excellent service to customers via phone and in person, to accurately process sales and customer requests, to ensure accuracy and security of customer orders and payments, and to assist with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Process sales and payments for customers, as well as other customer requestsCheck emails and voicemails, follow up with customersProcess financing applications and follow up with Visa D and Easy FinanceConfirm deliveriesCall customers to set up deliveries and pick upsTrain new Office associatesApprove and balance cash drawer for approval by Home Office in GERSFile daily reports and documentsPrint and distribute reports from previous business dayGenerate and finalize pick ticketsComplete end-of-day procedures – phones to night service, turn off lights & monitors, ensure area is tidyRecord and file applications & promissory notesProcess A-Z finalized and voidsUpdate sales orders comments for reprintsPost finance plans, contact numbers around the office and sales floorEnsure that orders to be delivered are paid in fullPerforming various other duties, as assignedRequirements:
