Role Overview

As a Product Director you will contribute to strategic vision and planning exercises for Tripledot, ensure plans and processes are in place to execute and deliver. A key part of the role will be to spearhead innovation throughout games, process and projects and work collaboratively to foster forward thinking across diverse multi-skilled teams.

  • Owning performance and delivery for one or more of our games (live and pipeline)
  • Develop and own the product strategy. Advocate the principles of how do we win and drive to the next level
  • Lead a team of product managers and product analysts
  • Forecast, track and deliver to financial targets and outcomes for the game/s
  • Owning high level schedule for game development and product delivery; ensuring the game has a 6 month roadmap
  • Ownership of monitoring systems, processes and incident management
  • Overseeing delivery actual vs plan and problem solving
  • Together with the marketing organization, assuring both user acquisition and monetization are constantly optimized and maximized
  • Business Accountability & Strategy:
    Owning the "North Star" strategy for the game
  • Assuring organisational alignment on how we're going to win (Product, Growth, Monetization)
  • Planning and and tracking the organization capabilities required (headcount, budgets, external support)
  • Setting up ongoing processes to keep teams informed and aware of market changes
  • Guiding games analytical tools and analysis prioritization
  • Defining key KPIs and standardize across the group
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5 years of product experience, at senior level e.g. Senior Product Manager / Product Director, within games (ideally mobile)
  • Proven track record of leading scaled games businesses
  • Setting and implementing strategic game direction, aligning with day to day operations and wider business alignment
  • Strong understanding of Ad Monetization: KPIs, value chain and Ad technology
  • Accountable for delivery against objectives and financial metrics
  • Previous experience with new game development through to worldwide launch
  • Expert knowledge of the ‘Games Ecosystem’ eg competitor landscape including past and present key players, relevant and irrelevant, to your specific genre
  • Very strong analytical capabilities. Hands on ability to perform data investigation. Strong proficiency in SQL, Looker and A/B test evaluation
  • Able to define key KPIs and standardize across the group, provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on industry trends
  • Able to monitor several product teams simultaneously as necessary
  • Experience managing up to Senior Product Managers including recruitment & selection
  • Successful leadership of people, organizational culture and/or games systems and infrastructure
