• Be a visible and present leader.
• Positively enhance the customer experience through proactive floor management.
• Coach, motivate and empower our team members to deliver engaging customer experience.
• Run operations safely, smoothly & compliant to UK Gambling Commission regulations.
• Drive revenue through commercial and astute decision making.
• Handle customer escalations efficiently and with professionalism.
• Create a welcoming, responsible and fun environment.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of UK gambling regulations.
• Leadership skills that motivate teams and drive results.
• Customer focused.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Calm and confident under pressure.
• PML holder (or willing to obtain).
