In our Customer Due Diligence & Fraud team, we’ve got a table full of sharp minds- masters of detail, razor-sharp analysts, and tech-savvy pros who thrive under pressure. This role is a current vacancy, and we are actively seeking a candidate to join the team.

• Carry out the day-to-day processes within the Gaming Finance Team for our Ontario iGaming and Sports book ventures
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing account activity like a hawk – no chip unaccounted for
• Stay one step ahead on Fraud, Risk, AML, EDD, KYC, and Responsible Gaming compliance
• Team up with Responsible Gambling specialists to safeguard our VIP and high-value players
• Process player withdrawals with precision in line with AML and KYC rules
• Tame third-party payment systems and troubleshoot technical issues
• Examine and verify player identity documents across multiple jurisdictions
• Be the bridge between players, internal teams, and external partners
• Help onboard new players, ensuring a smooth KYC journey from seat to play

• Have a proven track record in AML, fraud, or risk management
• Bring hands-on experience from iGaming, sports betting, or poker
• Spot the smallest details and learn fast from each hand dealt
• Deliver results under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat
• Skilled in tools like Geocomply, Ideology, and Share Point
• Communicate clearly, whether in writing or over a call
• Handle multiple tasks with agility and style
• Get the world of online gaming, risk control, and payment systems
