We’re pleased to offer an exciting secondment opportunity for an enthusiastic and outcome‑driven individual to join our Retail Customer Outcome Testing team as a Controls Consultant.
The team aims to deliver independent assurance of outcomes as expected by our customers and business areas. They embrace change and are willing to adjust testing accordingly to meet changing needs within Retail Customer Outcomes testing.
In this role, you’ll provide independent evaluation and feedback on case quality across the Customer Resolution function. Your work will help ensure we maintain strong regulatory compliance, deliver an excellent customer experience, and uphold a robust independent control environment.

This is a 12 month secondment opportunity.

For this job you'll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you'll spend 40% of your working time,
based at either our Swindon, London, Bournemouth, Northampton, Dunfermline, Wakefield or Sheffield office.
