Overview  Business Travel Consultant Marine (ft/pt) at e-Business Travel. Offices:
Schiphol, Den Bosch, and Oud-Beijerland (head office). You will process travel requests from start to finish in a marine team, in a challenging and versatile role within a friendly work environment.
As a travel consultant on the marine department, you book travel for seafarers, offshore personnel, and other travelers with complex itineraries, many ad hoc requests, and changes to implement quickly. You will also administratively handle all reservation- and travel-related tasks, including invoicing. You participate in on-call duty outside office hours on a rotating basis and for a fee.
Responsibilities   Process all travel-related reservations and administrative tasks, including invoicing
Book travel for seafarers, offshore personnel, and other travelers with complex routes and ad hoc changes
Maintain no-ordinary service levels in a fast-paced environment
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule outside office hours
Qualifications   Completed tourism education
IATA knowledge and experience at least equivalent to FAT 1
Experience in corporate travel

Experience with Travelport/Amadeus is a plus
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Customer- and service-oriented, flexible, stress-resistant, and a team player
