The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global iGaming company rapidly scaling out of the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Online Manager to take ownership of the overall performance, operations, and user experience of their online product. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement, optimising product performance, and ensuring a top‑tier user experience across all markets.
This is a strategic yet hands‑on role, ideal for someone who thrives in the fast‑paced iGaming environment and knows how to turn data, content, and promotions into significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of the online product, including product portfolio, promotions, and user engagement.
- Work closely with CRM, VIP, Product, and Acquisition teams to maximise user lifetime value and retention.
- Analyse user behaviour, product performance, and promotional effectiveness to optimise key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the lobby strategy, ensuring the right mix of providers, features, and content placement.
- Support promotional planning and execution, including bonuses, tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with Payments, Risk & Fraud, and Compliance teams to ensure smooth operational performance.
- Drive continuous improvements in the user journey, UX, and overall experience.
- Support high-value user strategies in coordination with the VIP team.
- Strong understanding of iGaming products, user behaviour, and content engagement.
- Experience working with KPIs such as retention, conversion, and active users.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and comfort using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of promotional strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in regulated and/or cryptocurrency-based iGaming environments is an advantage.
