Lead Gameplay Animator

Position: Lead Real-Time Gameplay Animator (4-Day Week)
Super Spline Studios is looking for a Lead 3D Games Animator to supervise animation production across gameplay and cinema tics.

This role offers the chance to mentor animators, manage schedules, and uphold animation standards within a creative and technically advanced environment. Strong experience in animation leadership within real-time pipelines is required, alongside proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Unity, and Unreal Engine. The studio promotes a flexible production culture with a 4-day work week and remote work options within Europe.
