Role As our VIP Host, you will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with our top players, driving engagement, and turning interactions into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities Communicate with our VIPs on a daily basis via In‑game, iMessages, FB Messenger, email, and phone calls
Get to know our players on an intimate level—backgrounds, favorite pets, sports teams, music bands, and hobbies
Make your players feel valued, pampered, and eager to continue playing and engaging with our games
Keep track of product development, new releases, and ongoing live operations (events) in the game so you can relay that back to our players
Get closely acquainted with our games and competitors, play them regularly to understand the players’ experience
Analyze players’ behavior to identify playing patterns by reviewing analytical reports from multiple sources
Empathetically listen to player challenges and solve discomforts in their experience
Be the voice of our players—collect and communicate their feedback to other teammates
Requirements Relevant experience—2 years as part of a VIP hosts team in iGaming, skill games, or other RMG fields, or 3 years in mobile F2P games
Fluent American English with a strong understanding of American culture
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and possession of analytical skills
Excellent communication skills—warm, sharp, and highly personal
Analytical mindset—comfortable working with data, KPIs, and spreadsheets
Creative and resourceful—able to execute without relying on large support teams
12 years of education
Advantages BS or MS in a business or marketing‑centric field
Previous experience as a VIP Host or Ambassador, customer service or support specialist, or a brand’s community manager
Additional language capabilities, such as Chinese, Spanish, and others
