Black Mill Games is seeking a Multiplayer Game Designer to join their team. This fully remote role focuses on designing engaging multiplayer experiences for their WW1-themed games. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in designing commercial multiplayer titles, proficiency with Unity, and a strong understanding of game balancing.
The position requires excellent communication skills and offers flexibility with a work schedule of 32-40 hours per week. A passion for WW1 and competitive FPS games is a plus.
