An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Travel Specialist to join a leading travel management firm specialising in the music and entertainment industry. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for travel logistics and a keen understanding of the fast-paced demands of high-profile clients. If you have strong GDS expertise (Galileo essential) and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What

Will I Be Doing?
  • Handling complex travel arrangements – flights, accommodation, ground transport, and VIP services.
  • Managing a portfolio of high-profile artists – ensuring their travel plans are seamless and stress-free.
  • Using Galileo GDS – booking, modifying, and troubleshooting itineraries with expert precision.
  • Building strong industry relationships – working closely with artists, management teams, and travel partners.
  • Providing exceptional service – ensuring last‑minute requests and itinerary changes are handled effortlessly.
  • Mentoring junior team members – sharing knowledge and best practices in the industry.
What Experience Do I Need?
  • 3–4 years’ experience in travel management/Business Travel, ideally handling high-profile entertainment/music or sports clients.
  • Expertise in Galileo GDS, including complex booking modifications, reissues, and refunds.
  • A proven track record in client management – delivering outstanding service to VIP customers.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills – the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – to liaise confidently with artists, managers, and partners.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
  • This is a full‑time hybrid role, based in London, with a mix of office and remote work; fully remote would potentially be considered.
  • Excellent salary.
  • Exclusive guestlist & ticket access to some of the biggest events in the world.
  • 25 days holiday (increasing with tenure) plus a birthday off.

If you're an experienced travel specialist who thrives in the fast-paced world of music and entertainment, this is your chance to work behind the scenes ensuring artists get where they need to be.
