Our online consulting company is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Al Hufuf, Saudi Arabia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through various online platforms.
Responsibilities- Communicate with clients through email, chat, and video conferencing to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct research and gather information to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Offer professional advice on a variety of topics such as education, career, finance, legal issues, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve our services and processes.
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in consulting or a related field.
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms for communication and research.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) including weekends if needed.
