Position: Lead Designer for Co-Development Projects

This role seeks an experienced Lead Designer responsible for enhancing game quality and usability across various projects. You will manage design documentation, guide a team, and ensure cohesive gameplay experiences. Partner closely with client and internal teams to deliver on design quality and player engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead game design across multiple projects, maintaining standards

• Develop and update comprehensive design documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders on project scope and timelines

• Provide mentorship to teams in UX and systems design

• Review design processes to enhance usability and player feedback

Requirements:

• 6+ years of game design experience, including leadership

• Shipped title experience as lead or senior designer

• Strong understanding of player progression and engagement

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 and gameplay scripting

• Excellent skills in communication and cross-functional teamwork
