Position: Remote Cutscene Designer at Riyo Games
Elevate your cinematic skills as a Cutscene Designer with Riyo Games in a fully remote setting. This role focuses on narrative-driven cutscenes and visual storytelling tailored for JRPGs.

As a full-time Cutscene Designer, you will collaborate with the Narrative, Design, and Art teams to create high-quality cutscenes for Threads of Time. Your expertise in cinematography and narrative will play a vital role in enhancing player experience through striking visuals and emotional depth. This 6-month contract may transition to a permanent position, offering opportunities to develop your creative skills and contribute to a collaborative game environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage and implement engaging cutscenes using Unreal Engine 5

• Set up cameras and parameters for effective visual storytelling

• Collaborate with Designers and Artists to fulfill cinematic vision

• Work on technical issues and document narrative tools

• Balance production quality while meeting deadlines

Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Cinematic Designer or Artist

• Strong understanding of JRPGs and cinematic techniques

• Proficient with Unreal Engine's sequencer

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented and organized
