- We are looking to initiate hiring for HR Assistant roles over the next two weeks based on the below requirements. This is a focused hiring request, and we request your active and careful participation.
Remote Opportunity
Need only Bangalore

Shifts can be 3PM
-12AM.

Key requirements:

Expected headcount: ~25 resources

Location:

Bangalore only (candidates must be based out of these locations; no other locations will be considered)
Work mode:
Work from home (only in BLR & HYD), however laptops must be collected from the respective office locations (Bangalore / Hyderabad)
Shift flexibility:
Candidates must be flexible to work Day shift, EMEA shift, and NORAM shift

Experience:

1-2 Years experience can be considered

Assessment & Selection:
Strong communication skills are mandatory – no compromise
Candidates should have strong aptitude and logical thinking skills
All candidates will go through a Ladder assessment
Those who clear the assessment will have one virtual interview
Final onboarding will be based on interview feedback.
