Assistant Event Coordinator

📍 We are based in North London | Remote work with travel l Weekend work required

We are looking for an Event Producer to join our growing team and to help deliver outstanding experiences from concept through to live delivery.

If you’re highly organised, calm under pressure, and passionate about events, this is an exciting opportunity to build your career in a premium events environment.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • 3 - 4 years of wedding experience and even better, Jewish Weddings and Parties
  • Budget Management Experience
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools
  • Experience supporting budgets or financial tracking
  • Use of a car preferred
