The Rune Scape Company is seeking a Lead Designer for Rune Scape:
Dragonwilds, our open-world survival crafting game in early access. This role requires leading design efforts, collaborating with external development teams, and mentoring partners to deliver cohesive player-focused experiences.
Applicants should have proven experience in game design, especially with Unreal Engine 5, and a strong ability to translate creative vision into actionable guidance. This position offers flexible working options primarily in a hybrid format.
