As the Live Ops Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless live event execution, server reliability, and data-driven decision-making for engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate SRE and engineering during live service outages
• Plan and launch in‑game events from start to finish
• Govern live content scheduling and item shop curation
• Analyze telemetry data for player behavior insights
• Maintain operational documentation and runbooks
Requirements:
• 5+ years in live operations with multiplayer titles
• Proven incident management and post-mortem experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in live settings
• Proficient with live monitoring tools like Datadog
• Strong communication skills for async environments
