Position: Hybrid Role: Maps Producer
Become a Maps Producer at Electronic Arts and work in a hybrid environment. Contribute your production expertise to create dynamic gaming experiences in a collaborative team setting.

As a key member of the production team reporting to the Senior Producer, you will execute long- and short-term plans for game development.

Your role will encompass facilitating effective communication between departments, supporting workflow dependencies, and identifying risks. Partner with team leads to craft innovative solutions and refine the production process for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the production of multiple features across teams

• Identify challenges and communicate them to teams

• Maintain the development schedules and capacity plans

• Introduce efficiencies in the production process

• Support collaboration and best practices across departments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of AAA game production experience

• Strong knowledge of game development methods

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

• Ability to manage various tasks concurrently

• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for team support
