Mix Mob is seeking a Lead Game Designer to innovate in the crypto gaming space. In this full-time role based in Canada, you will utilize your expertise in REST, agile methodologies, and leadership skills while guiding game design processes. Collaborate with the Game Director and a talented design team to craft addictive gaming experiences based on player feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a compelling game vision and core mechanics
• Develop prototypes and iterate based on community feedback
• Collaborate with Live-Community Designers for enhancements
• Validate designs using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Remaster the player experience through continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 6+ years of design experience in gaming
• Proven leadership of design teams of 5 or more
• Strong skills in agile and REST technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office and design tools like JIRA
• Knowledge in the crypto gaming space is a plus
