In this full-time opportunity, you will define the design approach for cutting-edge gaming experiences powered by Solana. Lead a team of game designers, utilizing your extensive experience in game development and expertise in agile workflows. You'll ensure designs resonate with the community while fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the creation of game visions and key features
• Develop and iterate prototypes from initial concepts
• Use community feedback to refine gameplay
• Employ metrics for design validation and improvement
• Collaborate closely with operational managers on game goals
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in game design
• Proven ability to lead sizable design teams
• Strong foundation in agile methodologies and REST
• Proficient with MS Office and design platforms like JIRA
• Experience or knowledge in crypto gaming preferred
