Key Responsibilities:
• Handle various inbound client inquiries with attention to detail
• Process order requests from clients and health care practitioners
• Maintain client confidentiality and accuracy in documentation
• Inform clients on cannabis regulations affecting their access
• Resolve complaints with critical thinking and positive attitude
Requirements:
• 1-3 years experience in customer service
• Administrative Assistant/Medical Office Assistant certification preferred
• Familiarity with the Medical Cannabis industry is an asset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes
