Join the Celtic Manor Resort as a Reservations Agent within our Sales & Revenue team. As one of our Hospitality Heroes, you will play an important role in creating exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. Working in a fast-paced reservations environment, you will help guests plan memorable stays, golfing experiences, spa breaks and dining experiences while contributing to the commercial success of the business.
Ourideal hero will have
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Previous experience within reservations, hospitality, sales or a customer contact environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing bookings
- The ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment
- Manage guest enquiries and reservations via telephone and email
- Provide accurate information on accommodation, dining, golf, spa and resort facilities
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Deliver a seamless and personalised booking experience for every guest
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve guest satisfaction and business objectives
