Role Description  The Sports Host role at  is a part-time remote position focused on engaging sports fans in live, interactive sessions. This is not a traditional full-time job. Hosts go live for only the sports events enlisted on our website and host virtual watch rooms, facilitating discussions during the games, and creating a welcoming environment for fans from diverse backgrounds. The Sports Host initiates engagement in the chat, moderates it, encourages fair and respectful exchanges, and help fans share their reactions and insights in real time.

Before the stream, a host is expected to share links of their watch rooms, post countdown stories on their social media channels to create buzz, and after the watch party, must post a highlight reel from the stream. The Sports Host is expected to stay informed about current sports events, key storylines, and fan interests to maintain relevant and dynamic conversations.

Qualifications
Communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, actively listen, and engage diverse fan communities. Any Indian language.
Ability to engage viewers, build relationships, respond to fan needs, and support community growth and platform engagement.
Interest in sports and fan culture, with the ability to follow both major and minor leagues, events, and storylines.
Comfort with remote work, including reliable internet access and proficiency with video conferencing and online community tools.
Prior experience in hosting, streaming, or event moderation is a plus, but not a must.
Ability to work evenings and weekends aligned with sports schedules.
