Isle of Man Government is seeking a Manx Care Advice and Liaison Officer to be the first point of contact for the Advice and Liaison Service. You will provide confidential guidance, listen to experiences, and steer people to the information and services they need.
You will work with colleagues and healthcare professionals to support service users, patients, carers and the public, helping resolve issues and improve experiences across Manx Care with empathy and sound judgement.
