WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:We are looking for an Environment Art Outsourcing Specialist to join our team at Next Level Games!
A snapshot of the role includes:
- Partner with ourArt Director,Outsourcing Lead,Lead Artist sand Senior Managerto ensure that ouroutsourcepartnersaredelivering content that isalignedwithour artistic vision, at theright quality standard sand respecting timelines
- Support the internal artteamtoensurethat all outsourced assetsmeetthe quality standards
- Contribute to the project byworking with the Presentation
Team, supportingassetintegration,asset creation andidentifyworkflowimprovementsopportunities - Partner with art productiontomaintain, track andorganizeall outsourced content deliverables
- Experience in managing outsourcing and/or co-dev teams
- Knowledge of 3
Dart pipelines and workflows - Experience working with3
Dsoftware(Maya) - Include a link to your art portfolio

This is a hybrid role, with the first three months fully in‑studio. After that, there is flexibility to work from home, with a requirement of three days per week in our Vancouver studio.
The hiring range for this position is $92,000 to $115,000
CAD annually and is subject to change. The final base salary compensation will be based on factors such as skills, education, and experience.
