I'm hiring a CRM Manager for an established international online gaming and sports book business, helping drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue across key European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on CRM professional who enjoys combining customer insight, campaign execution, and performance optimisation in a fast-paced digital environment.

The company

A well-established online gaming and sports betting business operating across multiple international markets, with a particularly strong presence in the UK and Mexico.

The business combines a modern, digital-first culture with the scale and backing of a long-established global operator. The CRM team works closely with commercial, acquisition, and product functions to maximise customer engagement and long-term value.

The role

Reporting into the Head of CRM, you'll take ownership of CRM activity across Sports book customers in the UK and selected European markets.

This is a managerial role, with two CRM Executives reporting into you, but it remains highly hands-on. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, analysing, and optimising campaigns while helping shape retention strategy across the business.

What you'll be doing

• Build a deep understanding of customer behaviour and segmentation across the Sports book customer base.
• Plan and executeCRM campaigns across:
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Push notifications
  • In-app messaging
• Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Monitor daily player activity and deliver targeted promotions and offers.
• Develop and optimise automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives and personalisation strategies.
• Work closely with Acquisition, Compliance, and other teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Line manage and support two CRM Executives.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Interest in sport and understanding of major sporting events relevant to UK audiences

Highly desirable

• Gaming, gambling, sports book, betting, or entertainment experience
• CRM platform experience
• A/B testing and customer journey management
• Previous exposure to customer segmentation and behavioural targeting
• Experience mentoring or managing junior team members

Nice to have

• Playtech IMS experience
• International CRM experience
