Design and produce polished, high-quality 3D game assets including characters, props, environments, and effects.
Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of visuals into the game.
Work with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to prepare clean, production-ready assets.
Maintain a consistent and appealing visual style throughout the game.
Reskin and adapt existing assets when needed, while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
Contribute ideas to enhance the overall visual quality and player experience.
Bonus:
Use Figma for UI/UX layout and design collaboration when needed.

Job Requirements:

Vietnamese native speaker.
3+ years of experience in 3D game artist or related role.
Strong artistic vision — with the ability to create visually appealing, cohesive, and game- ready 3D assets.
Advanced skills in 3D art creation — including character design, props, UI components, and visual effects.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator — must be able to handle detailed, layered asset preparation for animation and implementation.
Experience using AI tools (e.g. for concept generation, detailing, or enhancing workflows) to support and speed up the
art production process.
Strong attention to detail, consistency, and quality across all visuals.
Bonus:
Familiarity with Figma for UI design and layout.

Experience working with Cocos or similar game engines.
