Remote Production Coordinator at Artists Animation Studio

Support production excellence at Artists Animation Studio as a Remote Production Coordinator. Manage asset tracking and client communications while fostering collaboration in a creative environment.

As a key contributor, you will report to the Production Manager and Producer, facilitating work between departments. Your expertise in Google Suite will help streamline workflows, assisting creative teams with shot tracking and meeting deadlines. You'll maintain constant communication with artists and proactively identify potential schedule issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively retrieve production assets to prepare breakdowns

• Enter information in Shotgrid and assign workloads

• Track artist output and provide weekly status updates

• Report scheduling issues immediately to senior management

• Liaise with technical support to assist artists

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite tools

• Experience in animation with knowledge of Harmony/Photoshop

• Strong organizational skills and proactive thinking

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively
