Be a part of iLumival Productions as an Associate Producer for Latino à Gatineau, a documentary series exploring Latin culture. This role mixes remote work with essential on-site coordination in Gatineau.

We are looking for a mid-level Associate Producer who can lead logistics during pre-production, oversee the on-set operations, and assist through post-production. Your organizational skills will be vital in coordinating permits, crew, and schedules, as well as ensuring the production runs smoothly during filming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-production organization and logistics

• Support filming by coordinating crew and shooting schedule

• Manage post-production documents and timelines

• Identify and resolve production issues proactively

• Enhance communication between crew and Director

Requirements:

• Proven experience in production coordination or similar roles

• Strong understanding of production workflows

• Excellent time-management capabilities

• Independent problem-solving skills

• Comfort working with production budgets and documentation
