This fully remote role involves overseeing all logistical aspects of tournaments, from player registration and bracket management to live event support and post-tournament analysis. You will be the central point of contact for players, streamers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences.

• Plan, organize, and execute online e-sports tournaments from inception to completion.

• Liaise with game developers, streaming partners, and casters to ensure smooth event production.
• Monitor live tournament streams, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure fair play according to established rules.

• Proven experience in organizing or managing e-sports tournaments, events, or online gaming communities.
• In-depth knowledge of various e-sports titles, game mechanics, and competitive scenes.
• Proficiency with tournament management platforms (e.g., Challengermode, Battlefy) and communication tools.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
