Yellow Brick Games is hiring a Gameplay Camera Specialist, to join our team of experienced developers working on an exciting new IP. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Direction, Game Design, and Programming teams to develop, implement, and maintain the in-game camera systems that shape the player's experience. You will be responsible for ensuring cameras support player comfort and gameplay clarity, while staying true to the project's creative vision.

• Direction: Collaborate with creative direction and game design leadership to define the style, needs, and role of cameras in the overall game experience.
• System Design: Design and implement camera systems based on the style, constraints, and specific needs of the game.
• Character Comfort: Ensure comfortable character controls while accounting for the character's interaction with the environment.
• Gameplay Support: Support game designers in analyzing gameplay to determine the best shots and angles to optimize player experience.
• Tooling: Work with the programming team to help build development and debug tools to improve workflow efficiency and ensure proper camera functionality.
• Alignment: Have work validated by game direction and/or creative direction to ensure alignment with project guidelines.
• Cinematics Support: Assist the realization team, as needed, for the seamless integration of gameplay and cinematic cameras"
• Bug Fixing: Fix camera bugs reported by QA.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks.

• Experience: Experience in video game level design, game design, or filmmaking.
• Camera Theory: Solid understanding of the "3

  Strong knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprint and State Tree.
