- Offices on-site at the venue, Central London The Company This is a creative venue brand built around experimental live programming: simultaneous performances across multiple spaces, secret lineups, immersive cinema, performance art and live music running together under one roof. With a Central London base and a programme running Friday and Saturday nights, the operation is deliberately unconventional. The team is small and permanent at its core, with a wider creative and programming network ready to mobilise around it.

The Role This Event Operations Project Director role carries full operational leadership for the venue launch and its ongoing Fri/Sat programme, managing a large back-of-house and front-of-house team across six distinct performance spaces, with responsibility for everything from recruitment and compliance to day-to-day delivery, licencing and council liaison. .

- Own end-to-end operational planning and delivery for the venue
- Recruit, structure and lead a large multi-disciplinary team across all front and back-of-house functions
- Oversee licensing, health and safety, and compliance across all venue spaces
- Coordinate with creative and programming leads to align operational resource with live schedules
- Manage contractor relationships, supplier agreements and on-site logistics
- Develop and implement operational processes and standards from a standing start
- Support private hire and dry-hire activity between primary programming periods The Candidate The right person for this Event Operations Project Director position has run complex, multi-space operations at scale, with direct experience managing large teams across live event or venue environments. You will have handled recruitment, built operational structures and held accountability for compliance and licensing in a live-event or venue setting.

A background in immersive or experimental events, nightlife operations or the wider creative industries is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is the operational rigour to bring order to a deliberately chaotic creative concept, and the confidence to build from day one.
