About the Role

This role is crucial for providing expertise in the technical aspects of theatrical production, including lighting, sound, set design, and stage management, supporting various remote and hybrid productions. You will collaborate with creative teams, directors, and designers to ensure the technical execution of performances and events meets the highest standards.

• Provide technical consultation and support for lighting, sound, rigging, and stage operations for remote and hybrid productions.
• Develop technical plans, schematics, and specifications for theatrical systems.
• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of technical equipment.
• Collaborate with artistic and production teams to realize the technical vision of performances.
• Troubleshoot technical issues remotely and provide solutions to ensure smooth production execution.

• Extensive experience as a Technical Director , Stage Manager, or similar role in live theater or performance.
• In-depth knowledge of theatrical lighting systems, sound reinforcement, rigging, and stagecraft.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and virtual production technologies.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical personnel.
