About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Remote Event Planner specializing in sports events. This role is fully remote, allowing you to manage events from anywhere, with a focus on coordinating successful sports competitions, tournaments, and activations. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless logistical operations and exceptional participant experiences. • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of sports-related events, from concept to completion.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and oversee supplier relationships.
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Coordinate event staffing, including volunteers and temporary personnel.
• Handle all aspects of virtual event components, such as online registration and digital communication.
