About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Music Producer to join their creative team, operating remotely from Stellenbosch . You will oversee the entire music production process, from artist development and A&R to final mixing and mastering for various musical projects. This role demands a blend of artistic vision, technical proficiency, and strong project management skills. You will collaborate closely with artists, songwriters, engineers, and marketing teams to bring unique musical concepts to fruition, ensuring commercial viability and artistic integrity while nurturing talent and driving successful releases in the competitive music industry.

• Guide artists and songwriters through the creative process, from conception to completion.
• Oversee recording sessions, ensuring optimal performance and technical quality.
• Manage the mixing and mastering stages of production, collaborating with engineers.
• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Scout and identify emerging talent, contributing to A&R efforts.
• Work with marketing and distribution teams to ensure successful music releases.

• Extensive experience as a Music Producer with a proven track record of successful releases.
• In-depth knowledge of music theory, arrangement, and various production techniques.
• Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs and recording studio equipment.
• Strong understanding of the music business, including A&R, marketing, and distribution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing artists and teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote capacity.
