You will be responsible for attending performances, networking within the arts community, and evaluating potential candidates. This position offers a hybrid work model
, combining essential on-the-ground scouting with remote administrative and evaluation tasks, providing a balanced approach to talent acquisition.

• Actively scout for emerging talent at live performances, auditions, and industry events.
• Build and maintain relationships with artists, agents, managers, and other industry professionals.
• Evaluate the potential of artists based on skill, performance, and marketability.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations on potential talent acquisitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for artist development and career progression.

• Extensive knowledge and passion for various performing arts disciplines (e.g., theatre, music, dance).
• Proven experience in talent scouting, casting, artist management, or a related field.
• Excellent observational and analytical skills for talent assessment.
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities to build rapport within the arts community.
• Ability to travel to various venues and events, combined with effective remote communication tools.
